Katherine Cheng (she/her):
Katherine Cheng is the Vice President of People & Culture and Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) for the Seattle Mariners. With an impressive history at global brands like Microsoft, Starbucks, and Expedia, she’s also contributed to three U.S. administrations. As a board member for organizations such as The Wing and YWCA of Seattle and the co-founder of campaigns against Asian hate, her passion for positive change is evident. A two-time University of Washington graduate, Katherine merges her love for sports and travel, especially with her baseball-enthusiast twin boys. In her Mariners role, she leads innovative strategies to enhance team culture and champion DEI.

Lindsey is the well-loved host of Unlearning with Lindsey T. H. Jackson. She is leading a more diverse, equitable and inclusive future of work as a DEI Consultant and Lead Executive Officer at the consulting firm LTHJ Global and new DEI tech-enabled platform, Sojourn.
