Who Should Participate

The Teams tier could be the right choice for you if:

1) Your budget for DEI organizational development & action is less than you’d like it to be
2) You’re in a small- to mid-sized organization
3) You are looking for more than a one-off workshop

4) Your leadership (and business) style lights up from learning & receiving support from other leaders working on the same problems and opportunities

The upcoming openings are for leaders who are ready to do the work they’ve been talking about. Harnessing the challenge and safety of community, we’ll learn how to turn anti-racism and DEIA training into actionable insights and inclusive systems.

about: The Enneagram of Bias Model™

The Enneagram of Bias Model™ is a key training offered within our Teams tier of support.

It reveals our personal barriers to taking action on Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion at work and throughout life, based on our individual Enneagram type.

The Enneagram is an ancient typing practice that has long been used by individuals, organizations, leaders and practitioners to harness the best skills of each individual within the group and promote understanding of biases that limit excellence.

LTHJ Global founder Lindsey T. H. Jackson was the first to connect the Enneagram to the work of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion. The resulting framework has enabled people to identify their individual and collective blocks to genuinely embracing a culture willingness to learn and implement DEI initiatives.

“Ennea” meaning nine, and “gram” meaning picture, the Enneagram points to nine different emotional intelligences. Unlike other well-known typing structures, the purpose of working with the Enneagram is to better understand not just what we do, but why we do it — and where we’re open to change.

Empowered with this information, individuals and organizations are ultimately able to free themselves from their “type”, in order to make better decisions that align with personal and organizational goals.
